Instructions
Preparation
Dissolve the gelatin by mixing it with a little room temperature water to bloom.
Boil water and add it to the bloomed gelatin mixture. Stir until fully dissolved.
Add in your sweetener if using unflavored gelatin.
Pour the mixture into a mold or dish and refrigerate until set.
Once set, you can slice it into squares or scoop into cups.
Notes
Make sure to hydrate before snacking. This is a snack, not a meal replacement.
