Core Ingredients

  • 1 packet Gelatin (unflavored or flavored mix) Unflavored lets you control sweetness; flavored is faster.
  • 2 cups Water (or other liquid like unsweetened tea or diluted fruit juice) Used to dissolve the gelatin.
  • 1-2 tablespoons Sweetener (sugar, honey, or your favorite sweetener, optional) Only if using unflavored gelatin.

Preparation

  • Dissolve the gelatin by mixing it with a little room temperature water to bloom.
  • Boil water and add it to the bloomed gelatin mixture. Stir until fully dissolved.
  • Add in your sweetener if using unflavored gelatin.
  • Pour the mixture into a mold or dish and refrigerate until set.
  • Once set, you can slice it into squares or scoop into cups.

Notes

Make sure to hydrate before snacking. This is a snack, not a meal replacement.
