  • 1 cup Frozen berries Approximately 190g
  • 2 Dates (pitted)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 1/3 cup Water
  • 2 Tbsp Gelatin Approximately 18-20g

Preparation

  • In a saucepan, place the frozen berries, pitted dates, vanilla essence, and water.
  • Simmer for about 5 minutes until fragrant.
  • Allow the mixture to cool for about 5 minutes.
  • Blend the fruit mixture until smooth and even in texture.
  • Add the gelatin and mix it in using a stick mixer until fully dissolved.
  • Pour the mixture into a silicone mold.
  • Chill in the fridge until solid, which usually takes about 1 hour.
  • Once set, pop the gummies out of the mold and store in an airtight container.

Notes

Store gummies in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. To freeze, let them thaw naturally before eating.
