Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Frozen berries (190g, raspberries and blueberries) Use any berries you prefer.
  • 2 pieces Dates (pitted dried Noor Deglet dates or Medjool dates) Dates add natural sweetness.
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence For added flavor.
  • 1/3 cup Water
  • 2 Tbsp Gelatin (18-20g) Alternatively, use agar-agar as a vegan substitute.

Preparation

  • In a saucepan, place the frozen berries, chopped dates, vanilla, and water. Heat over medium-low heat, simmering for about 5 minutes.
  • Once done simmering, let the mixture cool for about 5 minutes.
  • Blitz the fruit until smooth using a blender.
  • Add in the gelatin to the mixture and stir thoroughly until completely mixed.
  • Pour the mixture into a silicone mold.
  • Chill in the fridge until solid, usually about 1 hour.
  • Once set, pop the gummies out of the mold and store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.

Notes

These gummies can be served family-style, in lunchboxes, or on game-night platters. Serve with toppings like whipped cream or yogurt dip for added fun.
