  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Decoration

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  • Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla until glossy.
  • Beat in flour, cocoa, salt, and baking powder until the batter is well blended and thick.
  • Spread the batter into the prepared pan, smoothing the top.

Baking

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let the brownies cool completely in the pan before decorating.

Decorating and Serving

  • Once cooled, decorate with chocolate icing in the shape of footballs and add green and white sprinkles if desired.
  • Cut into squares and serve with warm drinks.
