Ingredients
  

Cranberry Mixture

  • 1 cup fresh cranberries Can use frozen cranberries, thawed and drained
  • 1/2 cup sugar For sweetness

Cream Cheese Filling

  • 1/2 cup cream cheese Make sure it's room temperature for easy mixing
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts Can substitute with other nuts or omit for nut-free
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Wrap

  • 1 large flour tortilla For wrapping the filling
  • Powdered sugar for dusting For serving

Instructions
 

Prepare the Cranberry Mixture

  • In a saucepan, combine the fresh cranberries and sugar over medium heat.
  • Stir gently as the cranberries heat up, and watch them burst open.
  • Let the mixture thicken and cool down once it's ready.

Make the Cream Cheese Filling

  • In a bowl, mix the room-temperature cream cheese, walnuts, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Assemble the Roll-Ups

  • Lay out the large flour tortilla on a clean surface.
  • Spread the creamy mixture evenly over the tortilla.
  • Spoon the cranberry mixture over the cream cheese layer.
  • Starting from one side, roll the tortilla tightly.
  • Slice the roll-up into bite-sized pieces.
  • Sprinkle powdered sugar over the top before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Consider serving with extra cranberry mixture on the side for personalization.
