  • 4 tablespoons cream cheese, softened Can substitute with flavored cream cheese or hummus.
  • 8 slices deli turkey Can substitute with roast beef or leftover chicken.
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach Can use other greens if preferred.
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder Important for flavor.

Preparation

  • Spread the cream cheese: Take your tortillas and spread a thin layer of cream cheese over each one.
  • Add garlic powder: Sprinkle a little garlic powder evenly over the cream cheese.
  • Layer on the turkey: Lay down your slices of deli turkey over the cream cheese.
  • Add cheddar cheese: Place a slice of cheddar cheese over the turkey.
  • Top with spinach: Sprinkle baby spinach over the cheese.
  • Roll it tight: Roll each tortilla up snugly.
  • Wrap and chill: Wrap tortillas in plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for about 20 minutes.
  • Slice or serve whole: Once chilled, slice into bite-sized pieces or serve whole.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days. Reheat in the oven instead of microwave for best texture.
