Ingredients
  

For the wraps

  • 1 Cup chopped lettuce (hearts of romaine or romaine preferred)
  • 3/4 Cup shredded or chopped cooked chicken Rotisserie chicken works well
  • 2 Tablespoons parmesan cheese (shaved, grated, or shredded)
  • 2 Tablespoons Caesar dressing
  • 1 large burrito-sized tortilla (10" tortilla)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine chopped lettuce, shredded chicken, parmesan cheese, and Caesar dressing.
  • Mix well until everything is evenly coated.
  • Place the mixture in the center of a burrito-sized tortilla.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it tightly to secure the filling.
  • Serve immediately or wrap in foil if meal prepping for later.

Notes

Keep the filling and tortillas stored separately to avoid sogginess. Warm filling in the microwave for about 30 seconds before serving.
