  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 6 tbsp creamy Caesar dressing

  • 1 cup Caesar-style croutons For crunchiness.
  • 1 tbsp butter Use fresh butter for the best taste.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Lightly grease a baking dish with non-stick spray or a bit of oil.
  • Arrange the chicken breasts in the dish, making sure they are spaced out for even cooking.
  • Drizzle the creamy Caesar dressing over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well coated.
  • Layer slices of provolone cheese over the chicken.

Topping and Baking

  • In a mixing bowl, combine croutons with melted butter, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
  • Spread the crouton mixture over the cheese-topped chicken.
  • Bake for about 30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the croutons are golden brown.

Serving

  • Allow the chicken to rest for about five minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with a fresh green salad or garlic bread. For leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. The flavors deepen overnight.
