Preparation

  • Boil 1 cup of water in a saucepan.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the gelatin mix until fully dissolved.
  • Add 2 cups of cold water and 1 cup of citrus juice, mixing well.
  • Pour the mixture into individual serving cups or a large bowl.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until set.
  • Serve chilled.

Notes

Can be served with vanilla ice cream, fresh fruit, or whipped cream. For a fizzy twist, add club soda before serving. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
