  • 2 cups Elbow macaroni Cooked according to package instructions
  • 1 cup Celery, chopped Adds crunch

Dressing

Preparation

  • Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions, then drain and rinse under cold water.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni and chopped vegetables (celery, red onion, green bell pepper, carrots).
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
  • Pour the dressing over the pasta and vegetables, stirring until everything is evenly coated.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

This salad is best enjoyed cold. Adjust the seasoning to match your taste. Chill for at least 1 hour to let flavors meld.
