  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese Extra parmesan for garnish recommended.
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tsp minced garlic Essential for flavor.
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes Can substitute with diced fresh tomatoes.

Preparation

  • Add the frozen meatballs to your crockpot.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, parmesan cheese, chicken broth, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning until smooth.
  • Pour the creamy sauce over the meatballs, ensuring they are all coated.
  • Add the sun-dried tomatoes on top.

Cooking

  • Cook on low for 4-5 hours.
  • Before serving, give it a good stir and garnish with additional parmesan if desired.

Serving
