Sandwich Assembly

  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped For crunch and freshness

  • 4 slices bread Your choice of bread

Instructions
 

Preparation and Cooking

  • Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Dredge the seasoned chicken in breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese, coating evenly.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  • Toast the bread slices if desired.
  • On each slice of bread, layer the crispy chicken, romaine lettuce, and drizzle with Caesar dressing.
  • Top with another slice of bread, slice in half, and serve.

Notes

For leftovers, store in an airtight container. Reheat in the oven to maintain crispiness. You can also try using grilled chicken for a lighter option.
