Pasta Salad Ingredients

  • 12 oz Rotini pasta Cooked until al dente
  • 1 cup Creamy ranch dressing
  • 4 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled Cooked until crispy
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 medium Cucumber, diced
  • 1 bunch Green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust according to preference

Preparation

  • Cook the rotini pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and cool completely to prevent it from becoming mushy.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooled rotini pasta with ranch dressing, crumbled bacon, halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, chopped green onions, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Mix well until all ingredients are coated with the dressing.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting as necessary.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Add a splash more ranch dressing if it dries out.
