Preparation

  • In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 to 45 seconds.
  • Add the cooked chicken and mixed vegetables, stirring until they begin to cook.
  • Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  • Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions, usually 3 to 5 minutes, until tender.
  • Reduce the heat and stir in the cream and soy sauce until the broth is glossy.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. For firmer noodles, store them separately from the broth. Reheat gently to maintain the cream's texture.
