  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Can substitute with nutritional yeast for a dairy-free version.
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped For added crunch and freshness.
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • to taste salt and pepper Adjust seasoning according to preference.

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Caesar dressing, grated Parmesan, and chopped romaine lettuce. Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Place a generous amount of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla.
  • Wrap tightly, folding the sides in, and rolling from the bottom to secure the filling.
  • Slice in half and serve immediately, or wrap in foil for a portable meal.

Notes

To store leftovers, keep the filling separate from the wraps to prevent sogginess. Store in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat the filling in the microwave or in the oven at 350°F for about ten minutes wrapped in foil.
