  • 1 cup beef broth For depth and richness.
  • 1 cup heavy cream The creamy magic!
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese For a cheesy goodness.
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese Extra flavor boost!
  • 1 tsp paprika A little kick of spice.
  • Salt & pepper, to taste Essential ingredients!
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional) A sprinkle of color and freshness.

Instructions

Cooking the Pasta

  • Start by boiling a pot of water. Add a pinch of salt for flavor. Toss in the bowtie pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta and set it aside.

Cooking the Beef

  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until it’s nicely browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. This should take about 5–7 minutes.
  • Once the beef is ready, add the diced onion and minced garlic. Cook for another 3–4 minutes, until the onions turn soft and a delightful aroma fills the air.

Making the Sauce

  • Pour in the beef broth and let it simmer for just a minute.
  • Reduce the heat to low and stir in the heavy cream, shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan, paprika, salt, and pepper. Watch as the cheese melts into a rich, creamy sauce.

Combining Ingredients

  • Finally, add the cooked bowtie pasta to the creamy beef mixture. Stir gently to coat every piece with that dreamy sauce.
  • Serve warm, and top with a sprinkle of parsley if you like.
