  • 12 wontons store-bought or frozen
  • 4 cups chicken broth low-sodium recommended
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, washed
  • 1 tablespoons 1–2 soy sauce, to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a medium pot, bring the chicken broth to a gentle boil over medium heat.
  • Carefully place the wontons into the boiling broth, followed by the spinach.
  • Add soy sauce to taste, starting with 1 tablespoon and adjusting as needed.
