  • 1 pound Fresh green beans Trimmed and washed
  • 1 pound Tender potatoes Peeled and diced
  • 4 slices Crispy bacon Cooked and crumbled
  • 1 packet Ranch seasoning Store-bought or homemade

Seasoning

  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Start by bringing a large pot of water to a boil. Add the diced potatoes and cook until tender, about 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Add the fresh green beans to the pot and cook for an additional 5 minutes until bright and crisp.
  • Carefully drain the vegetables and set them aside.

Cooking

  • In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon from the pan and crumble it, leaving some drippings in the skillet.
  • Add the drained vegetables to the skillet, coating them in the bacon drippings.
  • Sprinkle in the ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper, tossing gently to mix all flavors.
  • Stir in the crumbled bacon and cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes until heated through.
  • Serve warm in a dish and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2-3 days. Reheat in the microwave or on the stove.
