Instructions
Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them until well combined.
Add the cottage cheese to the eggs and mix gently.
Heat butter or oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Pour the egg mixture into the pan and let it sit for 20-30 seconds.
