  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt Enhances the flavor.

Preparation

  • Warm your milk in a small saucepan over medium-low heat until hot, but not boiling.
  • In your mug, mix the cocoa powder, collagen, and salt together.
  • Pour a small splash of hot milk into the mug and whisk it into a smooth paste to prevent lumps.
  • Slowly add the rest of the hot milk while whisking until combined.
  • Stir in the vanilla extract and sweetener, if using, and adjust to taste.

Notes
