  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Dry ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 cup vegan chocolate chips Fold in gently.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix the coconut oil and brown sugar until creamy.
  • Add the almond milk and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients; mix until just combined.

Baking

  • Fold in the vegan chocolate chips.
  • Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.
  • Allow to cool before serving.

Notes
