  • 8 pieces flour tortillas
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened Use commercial cream cheese for best results.
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Cinnamon Sugar Mixture

  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

Toppings

  • Fresh strawberries, sliced
  • Whipped cream

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Spread a layer of the cheesecake mixture on each flour tortilla.
  • Roll the tortillas tightly and place them seam side down in a baking dish.
  • In a small bowl, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon together, then sprinkle over the rolled tortillas.

Baking

  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Serving

  • Serve warm with sliced strawberries and whipped cream.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
