Preparation

  • In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. The mixture should be glossy and creamy.
  • Stir in the chopped dried cranberries, pecans, orange zest, and vanilla extract.
  • Spread the mixture evenly over the flour tortilla, ensuring it reaches the edges.
  • Roll the tortilla tightly, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Slicing and Serving

  • Once chilled, slice the rolled tortilla into pinwheels.
  • Arrange on a serving platter and garnish with fresh cranberries, if desired.
