Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups grilled chicken, chopped Rotisserie chicken can be used as a time-saver.
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped Ensure it is bright and crisp.
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing Store-bought is fine.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated Freshly grated is preferred for better melting.
  • 1 cup croutons Big pieces are better for crunch.
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps Warm in microwave for easier wrapping.

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine the chopped grilled chicken, romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Mix until everything looks coated but not soggy.
  • Taste for salt and adjust if your dressing is mild.

Wrapping

  • Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  • Spoon a quarter of the salad mixture into the center of the tortilla, leaving a little space around the edges.
  • Sprinkle croutons on top of the salad in the tortilla.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll tightly from the bottom up.
  • If you like, toast the finished wrap in a dry skillet for 30 seconds per side.

Serving

  • Serve immediately for the best crunch, or wrap tightly in foil for meal prep.
  • Keep extra croutons separate if possible and add them just before eating.

Notes

For best texture, assemble just before eating if using croutons. Short-term fridge storage up to 24 hours. Follow meal-prep tips for longer storage without sogginess.
