  • 2 cups Grilled chicken, sliced Use grilled chicken breast for best flavor.
  • 4 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped Chop into bite-sized pieces for crunch.
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated Freshly grated for better taste.
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing Adjust amount to desired creaminess.
  • 4 large Tortillas Use fresh tortillas for best folding.

Preparation

  • Season and grill the chicken until cooked through, then slice it.
  • In a large bowl, combine the grilled chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, and grated parmesan cheese.
  • Drizzle with Caesar dressing and toss well to combine.
  • Warm the tortillas in a pan or microwave for a few seconds.
  • Place some of the chicken Caesar mixture on each tortilla.
  • Roll up the tortillas to form wraps and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve with extra parmesan and croutons on the side if desired. Store salad mixture and tortillas separately if you have leftovers.
