Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix well until everything is coated.
  • If the chicken is hot, let it cool a few minutes so the lettuce stays crisp.
  • Lay out the tortillas or wraps. Warm them in a dry skillet for 15 to 30 seconds per side if you want them more pliable.
  • Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas, placing the filling slightly off-center toward the bottom third of each tortilla.
  • If desired, sprinkle croutons on top for added texture.
  • Roll up each tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go. Slice in half and serve immediately or wrap in foil for later.

Notes

When storing leftovers, keep the chicken mixture and tortillas separate. Warm tortillas can create a better eating experience. Feel free to let everyone build their own wraps to suit their tastes.
