Preparation

  • In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Stir until glossy, ensuring all chicken shreds are coated in dressing.
  • Taste and adjust with more dressing or cheese if desired.

Assembly

  • Lay out the tortillas flat on a clean countertop.
  • If tortillas are stiff, warm them briefly in the microwave to prevent cracking.
  • Divide the chicken Caesar mixture evenly among the tortillas.
  • Press the filling lightly toward the center to help the wrap hold together.
  • If desired, sprinkle croutons on top of the filling.

Serving

  • Roll each tortilla tightly into a wrap, folding in the sides first before rolling from one edge to the other.
  • Slice in half and serve immediately, or wrap in foil for meal prep.

Notes

For better storage, let the wraps cool before wrapping. They keep well in the fridge for up to two days. If preparing ahead, store the chicken mixture and tortillas separately to maintain freshness.
