  • 500 g 500g (1 pound) ground chicken
  • 1 tbsp 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 8 small 8 small flour tortillas
  • 0.5 head ½ head romaine lettuce chopped
  • cup ⅓ cup Caesar dressing
  • ½ cup ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 tbsp 3 tablespoons bacon bits
  • Olive oil or avocado oil for cooking

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Add the ground chicken to a bowl and season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Flip the tortillas over and spread a thin, even layer of chicken onto the back of each tortilla, pressing it down firmly.

Cooking

  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with a small amount of oil. Place tortillas chicken-side down and cook for 3 minutes, until the chicken is fully cooked and crispy.
  • Flip and cook the tortilla side for another 1 to 2 minutes, until golden and crisp.
  • Top each taco with romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, parmesan cheese, and bacon bits. You can also toss the Caesar salad first and spoon it on.
  • Fold and serve immediately while hot and crispy.

Notes

Consider serving with sides like roasted veggies or a fresh fruit salad. Use leftover or rotisserie chicken to save time. Adjust the toppings for personal preferences.
