Preparation

  • In a crock pot, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, and cheddar cheese.
  • Stir well until the ingredients are evenly mixed.
  • Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, or until the dip is hot and bubbly. Stir occasionally if you can.
  • If using blue cheese, stir it in right before serving.

Serving

  • Serve warm, garnished with chopped green onions, and enjoy with tortilla chips or veggie sticks.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days in an airtight container. Reheat in the microwave or crock pot. To avoid soggy leftovers, let cool before sealing.
