Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup raw cashews soaked overnight or boiled for 10 minutes, then drained
  • 1 cup liquid water, almond milk, or coconut water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract for Classic Vanilla
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup for Classic Vanilla
  • 1 frozen banana for Classic Vanilla
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder for Chocolate Bliss
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter for Chocolate Bliss
  • 1 date pitted, for Chocolate Bliss
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango for Tropical Twist
  • 1/2 cup pineapple for Tropical Twist
  • 1 tsp coconut flakes for Tropical Twist
  • 1 cup spinach for Green Power
  • 1/2 avocado for Green Power
  • 1 tbsp lime juice for Green Power
  • 1 tsp honey for Green Power

Instructions
 

  • Soak the cashews overnight or boil for 10 minutes, then drain.
  • Add 1 cup of your chosen liquid (water, almond milk, or coconut water) to the blender first.
  • Add soaked cashews and selected recipe-specific ingredients.
  • Blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes until completely smooth.
  • Adjust consistency as needed: add more liquid if too thick or frozen fruit/ice if too thin.
  • Taste and tweak flavors—add sweetener, lime juice, or fruit as desired.

Notes

Store in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 24 hours. For longer storage, freeze in ice cube trays and re-blend with liquid. Customize with different sweeteners, fruits, or nut butters. For a lighter option, use 1/4 cup cashews instead of 1/2.
