Ingredients
  

  • 4 fresh plums ripe but firm, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar for coating plums
  • 1 tart shell pre-baked

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Slice the plums thinly and toss them with 2 tablespoons of sugar.
  • Arrange the plum slices in the pre-baked tart shell.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes until the plums are bubbly and slightly caramelized.

Notes

Best served fresh, but leftovers can be stored at room temperature, covered, for 2–3 days. For extra flavor, add a dash of cinnamon or vanilla extract to the plums before baking.
