  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For cooking the steak.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish For presentation.

Instructions
 

Cooking the Pasta

  • Cook the rigatoni pasta according to package instructions for about 8–10 minutes until al dente.
  • Drain the pasta and set it aside.

Cooking the Steak

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the Cajun-seasoned steak tips and cook for about 5–7 minutes until browned and cooked through.

Making the Creamy Sauce

  • Reduce the heat to low and pour in the heavy cream, stirring well.
  • Gradually mix in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted.
  • Combine the cooked rigatoni into the skillet and mix until well coated.
  • Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot and garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

For extra kick, consider adding cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes. This dish can be made ahead and stored separately before reheating.
