  • 1 cup Caesar salad dressing You can use your favorite brand.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • for garnish Fresh parsley

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then sear them in the skillet until golden brown on both sides, about 5 minutes per side.
  • In a bowl, mix Caesar salad dressing and Parmesan cheese until well combined.
  • Place seared chicken in a baking dish and pour the creamy Parmesan sauce over the top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

If you're short on time, consider using pre-cooked chicken to speed up the process. Store leftovers in the fridge for 3-4 days or freeze portions for later use. To reheat, use the oven for best texture.
