  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder

For the Bowl:

  • Mixed greens lettuce, spinach, or arugula
  • Cherry tomatoes halved
  • Cucumber slices
  • Shredded carrots
  • Sliced red onions
  • Pickles or jalapeños optional
  • Shredded cheddar or feta cheese

For the Sauce/Dressing:

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup sugar-free for keto
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • Optional: Hot sauce for spice

Instructions
 

Prepare the Burger Patties:

  • Mix the ground meat with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Form into small patties or crumble into bite-sized pieces for easier assembly.
  • Cook in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, about 3–5 minutes per side.

Assemble the Bowl:

  • Start with a base of mixed greens in a large bowl.
  • Arrange cooked patties, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, shredded carrots, and red onions around the bowl.
  • Add optional toppings like pickles, jalapeños, or shredded cheese.

Prepare the Sauce/Dressing:

  • Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and apple cider vinegar in a small bowl.
  • Drizzle over the assembled bowl or serve on the side.

Serve and Enjoy:

  • Customize further with your favorite toppings or sides like avocado or roasted veggies.
