For the Burger Base:
- 1 lb ground beef or turkey or plant-based patty alternative
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
For the Bowl:
- Mixed greens lettuce, spinach, or arugula
- Cherry tomatoes halved
- Cucumber slices
- Shredded carrots
- Sliced red onions
- Pickles or jalapeños optional
- Shredded cheddar or feta cheese
For the Sauce/Dressing:
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup sugar-free for keto
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- Optional: Hot sauce for spice
Prepare the Burger Patties:
Mix the ground meat with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Form into small patties or crumble into bite-sized pieces for easier assembly.
Cook in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, about 3–5 minutes per side.
Assemble the Bowl:
Start with a base of mixed greens in a large bowl.
Arrange cooked patties, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, shredded carrots, and red onions around the bowl.
Add optional toppings like pickles, jalapeños, or shredded cheese.
Prepare the Sauce/Dressing:
Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and apple cider vinegar in a small bowl.
