  • 2 cans 12.5 oz cans of cooked chicken, drained
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened) Ensure it's softened for easy blending.
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing (or blue cheese dressing, if preferred)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (divided) Use half in the dip and half for topping.
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

For Serving

  • Chips, crackers, or toasted bread For serving the dip.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained chicken, softened cream cheese, Buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until well-blended.
  • Spread the mixture into an 8x8-inch baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.

Baking

  • Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20–25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a minute, then serve warm.

Notes

Buffalo Chicken Dip stores well in the refrigerator for 3-5 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F for about 15 minutes.
