Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, cream together the brown sugar, granulated sugar, and softened butter until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until combined.
  • Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Baking

  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
  • Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

Store cookies in an airtight container for up to one week in the fridge or freeze for up to three months. Reheat at 300°F (150°C) for 5-7 minutes for best taste.
