Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups shredded rotisserie chicken Use pre-cooked for convenience.
  • 8 pieces center-cut bacon, chopped Cook until crispy.
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt Can be replaced with mayonnaise.
  • cup mayonnaise Add for creaminess.
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix For added flavor.
  • ½ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • cup diced green onions
  • pint cherry tomatoes, halved or quartered
  • 1 piece diced avocado

Instructions
 

Cooking the Bacon

  • Cook the bacon in a skillet on medium heat for about 10–15 minutes until crispy. Once done, chop it into bite-sized pieces.

Mixing the Base

  • In a large bowl, combine shredded rotisserie chicken, plain Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, ranch seasoning mix, and black pepper. Stir until well mixed.

Adding Vegetables and Bacon

  • Add diced green onions, cherry tomatoes, and diced avocado to the chicken mixture. Fold in the chopped bacon gently.

Notes

Store in the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze for about 2 months. Reheat in an air fryer or oven to keep it from becoming soggy.
