Ingredients
  

Pasta and Dairy Ingredients

  • 8 oz elbow macaroni Use your preferred pasta shape if desired.
  • 1 cup cottage cheese For creaminess and nutrition.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Feel free to mix with other cheeses.
  • 1/2 cup milk

Seasonings

  • 1 tsp garlic powder Adds flavor to the sauce.
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Cooking

  • Cook the macaroni according to package directions and then drain.
  • In a blender, combine the cottage cheese, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
  • Return the drained macaroni to the pot and stir in the blended cottage cheese sauce.
  • Add the shredded cheddar cheese and stir until it’s melted.
  • Heat over low heat until everything is creamy and fully combined.
  • Serve immediately while it’s warm and gooey.

Notes

Keep stirring until you achieve that perfect smooth texture. A little browning on the bottom of the pot can add an extra layer of flavor. For storage, keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat using the oven for a better texture.
