  • 1 tsp garlic powder Adds depth of flavor.
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Cooking Pasta

  • Start by cooking the macaroni according to package directions. Once done, drain it well.

Blending Mixture

  • In a blender, combine the cottage cheese, milk, garlic powder, and season with salt and pepper. Blend until smooth.

Combining Ingredients

  • Return the drained macaroni to the pot.
  • Stir in the creamy cottage cheese mixture until everything is well combined.
  • Add the shredded cheddar cheese and keep stirring until it melts into the sauce.

Final Heating

  • Heat the pot over low heat, allowing everything to marry together into a creamy bliss. Serve it up hot!

Notes

Keep stirring until smooth for the best texture. If you see browning at the bottom of the pan, it adds to the flavor. Can be enjoyed with a side salad, roasted veggies, or topped with red pepper flakes or crispy bacon bits.
