  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil (melted)
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Add-Ins

  • 1 cup dairy-free chocolate chips

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, mix almond flour, all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir until blended well.
  • In another bowl, combine melted coconut oil and brown sugar until smooth.
  • Add almond milk and vanilla extract to the coconut oil mixture. Stir until it’s well mixed.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Mix until everything is combined.
  • Fold in the dairy-free chocolate chips gently.
  • Scoop the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
  • Allow to cool before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, or freeze for up to three months. Reheat in a preheated oven or air fryer for a few minutes to restore freshness.
