Ingredients
  

For the flatbread

  • 1 piece flatbread or naan Use store-bought flatbread for convenience.
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded Rotisserie chicken can be used for quicker preparation.
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce Choose your favorite brand or flavor.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Feel free to mix in cheddar for extra flavor.
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced Optional for taste and crunch.
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped Adds freshness; don't skip it!
  • to taste Salt and pepper Season according to preference.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until well coated.
  • Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.
  • Spread the BBQ chicken mixture over the flatbread.
  • Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
  • Add sliced red onion on top of the cheese.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and top with fresh cilantro.
  • Slice and serve warm.

Notes

For leftovers, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5-8 minutes for optimal crispiness.
