Ingredients
  

Gelatin Base

  • 1 packet unflavored gelatin (about 7 grams) Choose a quality unflavored gelatin for best results.
  • 1 cup hot water Not boiling, around 180°F.
  • 1 cup cold water

Protein Additive

  • 1 scoop clear protein powder (20–25g protein) Use clear protein powder for aesthetic appeal.

Optional Flavoring

  • sugar-free drink mix Can be added for flavor enhancement.

Preparation

  • Pour 1 cup hot water into a bowl.
  • Sprinkle gelatin evenly over the surface and let sit for 2 minutes to bloom.
  • Stir until the gelatin is fully dissolved and the mixture looks clear.
  • If using, stir in sugar-free drink mix until dissolved.
  • Slowly whisk in clear protein powder to avoid clumps and foam.
  • Let the mixture rest for 2–3 minutes; skim foam from the top if needed.
  • Stir in 1 cup cold water.
  • Pour into small ramekins or portion cups.
  • Refrigerate for at least 3 hours (overnight is better) until set.

Notes

Serve topped with fresh berries or a dollop of whipped cream. Store in airtight containers for up to a week. Avoid freezing.
