  • 3 ripe bananas mashed
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
  • Mash Bananas: In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  • Combine Ingredients: Stir in melted butter, sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  • Add Dry Ingredients: Sprinkle baking soda and salt over the mixture, then gently fold in the flour until just combined. Avoid overmixing.
  • Pour Batter: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, spreading it evenly.
  • Bake: Bake for 60-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Cool and Serve: Allow the banana bread to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and enjoy!
