Ingredients
  

For the Sandwich

  • 2 slices slices of bread Use high-quality bread for best texture
  • 2 slices slices of cheese Cheddar or your preferred type
  • 2 slices slices of cooked bacon Can be pre-cooked for convenience
  • 1/2 piece avocado, sliced Use ripe avocado for creaminess
  • to taste tablespoons butter for spreading Generous amount for crispy bread

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Butter one side of each slice of bread generously.
  • Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Layer the cheese, bacon, and avocado on top of the bread.
  • Top with the second slice of cheese and the second slice of bread, butter side up.
  • Cook until the bottom slice is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  • Remove from skillet, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

Serve with sides like tomato soup or salad. For leftovers, store in an airtight container in the fridge, and reheat in the oven for best texture.
