Ingredients
  

For the crust

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken Use rotisserie or any cooked chicken.
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

For the pizza

  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • to taste pepperoni slices Use as much as you like.
  • to taste Italian seasoning For additional flavor.

Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken, egg, and parmesan cheese. Stir until well mixed, forming a sticky dough-like texture.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Press the chicken mixture into an air fryer-safe pan, spreading it out evenly to form a crust about an inch thick.

Cooking

  • Place the crust in the air fryer and cook for about 10 minutes until it becomes firm and lightly browned.
  • Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the crust. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and arrange pepperoni slices on top.
  • Return the pan to the air fryer and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Once done, sprinkle Italian seasoning on top for extra flavor. Allow it to cool slightly, then slice and serve.

Notes

Serve family-style and let everyone customize their slices. Pair with salad or garlic bread for a full meal. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days, and reheat in the air fryer for optimal crispiness.
