Ingredients
  

For the Pizza Crust

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken Shredded chicken can be pre-cooked
  • 1 each egg Large egg, helps bind the mixture
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese Grated parmesan for added flavor

For Topping

  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • to taste pepperoni slices Add more or less based on preference
  • to taste Italian seasoning Add other spices as preferred

Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, egg, and parmesan cheese. Mix well until it forms a cohesive dough-like consistency.
  • Press the mixture into an air fryer-safe pan, shaping it to form the pizza crust.

Cooking

  • Air fry the crust at 375°F for about 10 minutes, or until it's firm and starting to look golden.
  • Remove the pan and carefully spread your pizza sauce evenly over the crust.
  • Top with mozzarella cheese and a generous amount of pepperoni slices.
  • Air fry for an additional 5-7 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Sprinkle on some Italian seasoning, slice, and serve!

Notes
