  • 4 large tortillas Whole wheat or low-carb options can be used for a lighter version.
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped Can substitute with other lettuce or spinach.
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing Can swap for a ranch or yogurt-based dressing.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Freshly grated for best flavor.
  • to taste salt and pepper Season to preference.

Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese. Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Lay a tortilla flat and place a portion of the chicken mixture in the center.
  • Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it tightly from the bottom up to create a wrap.
  • Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  • Slice in half and serve immediately or wrap in plastic wrap for meal prep.

Notes

These wraps are perfect for a casual game night. Store leftover wraps tightly in plastic wrap or aluminum foil in the fridge for up to 3 days. For best results, reheat in the oven for a few minutes to retain crispness.
