  • 4 pieces tortillas Warm before serving.
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing Use extra for serving, if desired.
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Cooking the Chicken

  • In a skillet, cook the ground chicken over medium heat until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Preparing the Salad
