For the tacos

  • 1 lb Italian-seasoned ground chicken
  • 4 pieces Tortillas
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

For the salad

  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing

Preparation

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  • Press the Italian-seasoned ground chicken thinly onto tortillas.
  • Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top and cook until the chicken is cooked through, and the cheese is melted and golden.
  • In a separate bowl, mix chopped romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing until well-coated.
  • Once the tacos are ready, pile the Caesar salad on top of each taco.
  • Serve immediately.
