  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded

  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped To top the pizza after baking
  • 1 tsp garlic powder Optional for added flavor
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C) with a pizza stone or baking pan inside.
  • Stretch the pizza dough into a round shape and transfer it to a sheet of parchment paper.
  • Brush the edges of the dough with olive oil.
  • Spread Caesar dressing evenly across the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
  • Top with mozzarella cheese, shredded chicken, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.

Baking

  • Bake in the hot oven for about 12-15 minutes until the crust is puffed and the cheese is melted and golden.
  • Remove from the oven and top with chopped romaine lettuce and extra Parmesan.

Serving

  • Allow the pizza to rest briefly before slicing and serving.
